Jamie Baxter & Anita

Jamie trained in Sydney and has had over 15 years industry experience ranging from traditional French to Modern Australian. He specializes in superb steaks and sauces. His love of fresh Australian and local produce is evident in his simple menus he designs which allow top quality ingredients to highlight his favorite seasonal recipes.
